Royal Palace (Mechouar)

• Dar-al-Makhzen (or El Mechouar Essaid Palace) is the official residence of Moroccan royalty. Here, not only important events – like weddings – are held, but you may even witness an official military parade. Surrounded by French-style gardens, the Royal Palace with its iconic mosaic gate is a must-see on your trip to Rabat

Kasbah Oudaya

• It is today one of Rabat’s proudest features. Perfectly combining historical sites with modern establishments, the Kasbah is at the same time home to some of Rabat’s oldest buildings and the place where you will find the capital’s most hip cafés and shops

The Mohammed V Mausoleum

• Located on the opposite side of the Hassan Tower, on the Yacoub al-Mansour esplanade in Rabat, Morocco. It contains the tombs of the Moroccan king and his two sons, late King Hassan II and Prince Abdallah

Hassan Tower

• Hassan Tower or Sawm’at Hassan in Arabic, referring to the significant minaret shaft following the special Moroccan and Spanish style of architecture of the same time. The minaret was projected to be the largest of its type of all time around the world, yet – unfortunately – the construction processes stopped suddenly following the sudden death of al-Mansur in 1199.

Moulay Idriss

• It is famous for being the site of the tomb of Idris I, the first major Islamic ruler of Morocco, after whom the town is named

Bassin de L’Adal

• Is a reservoir in Meknès Prefecture, Fès-Meknès. Bassin de l’Agdal is situated nearby to the suburb Sbata and the neighborhood Jnane Ben Halima.

Mausoleum of Moulay Ismali

• The 18th century’s Mausoleum is known to be the resting place of the most famous sultans of the country. The Mausoleum, best described as a spiritual and peaceful place, is believed to bring blessings to its visitors.
